The hotel is reasonably priced and fairly central to our activities and we used both the restaurants on the 4th & 15th floors, enjoying the experience in both, desoite the menus being very different. We stayed for a week and enjoyed our stay, catching up with many relatives in the surrounding region.

酒店位處市中心 交通方便 鄰近勝利車站及附近有商場 雖然酒店樓齡看似不太舊 但電梯長期只有一部運作 地下店舖大部分都丟空 連必勝客都已經結業 惟房內保養還可以 而最大問題是在Hotel.com付款訂房後 去到酒店要重新付錢 服務人員稱上網訂房只是留房費用 不等於房租 之前落訂金額會退回但至今未有下文

交通是很方便。 但房間wifi壞了也不維修，弄個上網搞了我兩個小時，還是取別的房間的wifi，還需要那房別抽走房卡，否則我的上網會斷掉。 房間的煙味大到一個點，去到已經看見他們打開了窗，我也一直讓窗開著，但煙味已經滲透到地毯，晚上2點都睡不著，請他們上來幫忙，職員拿芳香劑噴了一輪，我才終於可以睡。 這種房間絕對稱不上4星級!

近車站和商場

不知為何酒店聲稱收不到我之前在網站用信用卡付了的錢 要現場再付多次。（\_/） 酒店職員說可能網上付的是訂金，應該是會退回的？？希望是真的！！！建議不要預付，到了再付款，避免再覆付費。 整體設施有了點年歲，但酒店方面可在提早入住，服務都不錯。只是近大馬路，食肆和廣場都在附近。

收費方式不清

經過網路預定飯店已經填寫信用卡(VISA)資料並扣款，到飯店後櫃台人員才告知僅收現金或銀聯卡，等同被收了兩次錢，後來才告知網路預訂的信用卡扣款會退回，但是實際上是不是這樣還不清楚，至少已經過了四天，還沒有收到信用卡刷退的通知。

讓人失望的hotel.com

Hotel.com 在江門的服務很差勁 這家飯店的定位錯的離譜 。飯店實際在勝利路上不在白沙西道上。這家飯店也只收取人民幣結帳 網站卻可以信用卡結帳。到了飯店沒有準備足夠的人民幣其他貨幣一概不接受 網站也沒有明確說明 到了當地只有叫天天不應 飯店也不另外提供諮詢換鈔資訊只有一昧要求客戶自己想辦法換錢。跟本不符合四星級水準。房價也不是網站標明的價錢。網站台幣887元。人民幣收220元一晚超過實際標價。網站在江門的這個飯店真是服務糟透了。還要扣手續費。結果什麼服務都提供不足 而且讓人失望透頂。而且在內地 hotel.com 聯繫不容易。如果要透過hotel.com 訂購此飯店要準備好人民幣和失望的心理。

入住最高層12樓，不知是否高層水壓問題，熱水會時有時無，不是少了，是完全無了熱水，其他都整體滿意，房間十分闊落，鄰近交通亦方便

地點好, 價錢合理, 整體滿意, 特別一提服務, 在入住後當晚房間冷氣突然失靈, 但前台很快便換了另一間冷氣正常的房間給我們, 並為了方便我們有足夠時間休息, 所以不需要我們立刻將行李等物品帶到新房間, 待翌日退房前才返回出問題的房間執拾, 這一點值得贊揚.

若只求渡宿，超值感受！

雖然入住時接待處是收不到預訂通知，但結果仍以網上優惠價替我安排了房間，還囑咐我切記跟網站聯絡，以免重覆付款。酒店位置佳，商場和步行街都在附近，食肆林立。房間整潔，只是房間內欠缺鏡子和梳妝枱椅，家人入住問題不大，若與朋友入住便不大方便，經常要進出洗手間梳妝。
