"We booked this hotel for one night, from april 10th to april 11th 2025, which happened to be the last day of our bhutan trip. The online pics looks great and we thought we would treat ourselves. We made the reservation using hotels.com and pre-paid online.When we showed up to check in around 4:30pm, the front desk person said that he did not have our names on the check in list. "Friendly staff who were helpful. Big room with good heater. Difficult to find entrance to hotel. Water leaked from two places onto bathroom floor. 3 mornings in a row-- no water! No decorations-- very basic. Won't stay again."

"The staff were generally friendly and helpful. But the condition of the hotel was not very good. The room was not especially nice or clean (coffee or tea stains on the wall, glasses in the room were not clean). Overall, not a great experience."
