"Poor cleaning, dry blood stained covers, the house keeper only took out the trash. The manager was not helpful and not accommodating of us asking for extra towels and actual clean covers and that the housekeeper didn't clean. While not their fault but the elevator was down. No wifi or more power outlets, broken mirror."

"First of all, this is a MOTEL. I could not tell that from the pictures. Second, there were no "live" staff present on the property - you checked in with a man on a screen who was located who-knows-where, and a kiosk spit out your room key. The room had visible dirt on the floor (like chunks of it, seriously) and the countertop had visible gunk on it (maybe old food smears?). I am not a clean freak by any means, but it was gross. "Property close to a function I attended. Friendly informative staff. Room clean and neat. Hall bathroom in lobby neat. Breakfast inside building very convenient. Plenty of choices. Staff kept items well stocked. Have stayed at this location twice and recommended to relatives. Would use again when in the area."

"The price/ nightly rate could not be beat. Being annextended stay hotel, there is no daily housekeeping. Staff super friendly and there is a Kroger supermarket nearby wih a Starbucks cafe inside. There's snother bigger Starbucks coffee shop some 400 feet to the north side of property"

"We did have some issues when we stayed there but the staff did everything they could to accommodate and make things right. We would definitely stay there again. Amy at the front desk was great."
