"Enjoyed the stay.. The AC made the room feel a bit damp"

"First of all. I get to the hotel my room was canceled, I drove 4hrs with 2 small children and then they said they didn't have any rooms available. I did the pay when you stay and they tried to charge my card before I arrived to the hotel, so they didn't call to let me know my room was canceled they said they didn't have any information to contact me? How they didn't and made the reservation. So I'm not pleased with the customer representative that said he understands what the hotel was saying...

"The Hotel was only open for 2 weeks when we got there . I was very surprised when we opened the door and it was a refrigerator, stove and microwave with air fryer . Everything was very convenient very clean. I will definitely stay there again."

"I stayed there for 8 hours and that was enough. The hotel says it’s refreshed, and it is not. The pillows had cotton in them and square..so it’s not a real pillow. The mattress sunk in the middle. The breakfast is not free.. but I wouldn’t eat there if you paid me."

The 1st response after speaking to management was 'You did not request a handicap room'. He suggested that I return in the morning to see if anyone checked out from a handicap room. The hallways were smoky, they had one person doing checkin, running from floor to floor doing request from guest, all of the rooms should have been done before shift change. The front desk clerk was very professional and kept apologizing for the way the room looked.
