"Clean, new, tidy hotel. Staff were helpful despite limited English and the location is great. A few minutes walk to restaurants, shops, waterside and not to mention lotte mart across the road. Multiple convenience stores around as well. Limited car park spots however free open car park lot across the road.
We stayed in the family room which was spacious. However one issue I would raise is that the bathroom had a constant sewerage smell. Bad plumbing? It wasn’t a deal breaker but it was always there in the background. Cracked a window open and it wasn’t that bad."
"The front desk staff were not readily visible, as they kept their heads down behind the counter, which made it difficult to know whether anyone was available to assist. When we arrived at 3:00 PM to check in, we were informed, rather abruptly, that check-in was at 4:00 PM and asked to return later.
Additionally, the room was smaller and of lower quality than what was represented in the photos. It was not particularly clean, and overall, the experience did not feel commensurate with the price."
"We had a wonderful experience here. The room was clean, modern, and very comfortable. The staff was professional and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Great location and excellent value for the price."
"No buffet breakfast. Beds extremely hard, not just firm it was like sleeping on a board. This was the only thing that let the hotel down. Would suggest the hotel gives an option of a comfort layer on the beds. Other than beds the room was really nice with everything you need."
