In the Middle Ages Castle you can see: Gothic palace (1260-1270) with Ceremonial Hall decorated with 14th century frescoes (scenes from the live of St George), Black Kitchen etc. The jewel of the Renaissance Chateau is the Rondel, an unusual Italianate garden pavilion decorated with gilded stucco and colourful frescoes, designed in 1591 by Baldassare Maggi.
