"I loved all their clientele it was amazing, food was great facilities were very well maintained however rooms were very tight with my large size luggage and lobby located on 11th floor had plenty space to sit but no spot to sit by front on grand floor while waiting for taxi Uh there was no thermostat to rise up temperature. I was able to access to use cooling only, I found it was cold during night time as temperature drops Otherwise I had great experience at the Gracery hotel"

"Check in was smooth and fast. Front desk was nice and professional. I must be getting old because I could hardly hear the girl talk. Anyways, room was nice and clean - had a washer (no dryer but that’s what the drying rack and balcony are there for), stove top, oven (but no microwave), large fridge and freezer (nice) and even a air dresser (to keep your clothes fresh). Had breakfast there daily - good mix of Korean and western - service was good as well. "

"Amazing location, it was close to pretty much all transportation, near the bus stop which also includes airport shuttle bus, and also a 300m walk to the closest subway station. There're also lots of food options around the hotel, and at least 4 convenience store located within walking distance. I would love to stay at this place again for my next visit, highly recommend to everyone!!"

"Hotel was in a good area, near train station and near many restaurants. It is quiet at night and walkable distance to Namdaemun Market and Myeongdong area. Hotel room was quite big and washroom was a good size. There is also a gym and swimming pool. "

"It's hard to imagine a more perfect location for a hotel, right in front of Jogyesa and with direct access to Insadong. Our room was clean and comfortable, and I loved the view of Jogyesa from above! Staff was helpful and spoke very good English. The only thing I didn't love was breakfast, as most of the supposedly warm food was kind of cold, and the rice at the bibimbap station (which I otherwise enjoyed) was a bit sticky and overcooked compared to other places we stayed. It wouldn't stop me from booking it again, though, and it would be irrelevant to anyone who prefers more Western breakfast options! "

"Staff were helpful. Room was clean but certain things were not working (in-room safe) and the light units in the bathroom and room were hanging off the wall. The hotel hallways smelled strongly of cigarette smoke even though the rooms are all supposedly non-smoking. Note that any damaged to room - including blocked toilet - would need to be covered by guest’s insurance or credit card. It’s important you inform the hotel as soon as possible after you check in."

"The room was clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly and spoke English well. I wish some more of the amenities were open, but I still really enjoyed my time there."
