"We had a free upgrade to Executive Room. The room is very luxurious and customer service is excellent, complements esp to Xiao Fan who is very attentive and help us to navigate to place of interest. Everything is great in this hotel. 2 things to highlight - self washing of clothes is not available and room can get cold.overall we enjoyed our stay."

But I still love this hotel , King size bed with huge bath tub . Hope I can get more quiet room for my next trip . "
