"After we checked in and got the keys to our room, we opened the door and saw the bed was not made. Light was on. Shocked to see this and were afraid what if there was someone in it? We went down to the front desk and reported what we saw. The front desk employee Noemie was very apologetic and she immediately assigned us a different room. She was professional and knew how to communicate with the customers. There was no body wash in the shower. No hand soap or hand wash either. The room is clean and of good size. The breakfast was very basic. No oatmeal, no hot water or tea. Compared to other hotels we stayed during this trip, the price was higher. "

"Stayed for one night. Room was very spacious and clean, beds are on the soft side. Check in and out was all online with a code. We checked in late so never saw a staff member, but we also never needed one. Room had a kitchen with a full fridge and mini stove. Bathroom has a walk in shower, also very spacious. Would stay here again."
