"The hotel was in a state of disrepair. All floors and furniture were worn and chipped. The property was clean, but the breakfast was mediocre. All of the breakfast staff did a great job, keeping food refreshed and cleaning tables. Our room attendant on the floor was also very good. Our room lacked a television remote. Upon requesting a replacement from the front desk, we were informed that it might be the room with no remote. Consequently, for our three-night stay, we were without a television....

"The bathtub tap didn’t work. I had to fill the tub with the shower and it would only give warm water when full on hot. By the time the tub was full, it was luke warm and no help for a sore back. The tub was also very small.
The hair dryer did not work. The alarm clock did not work but the desk set an auto call for me.
There was no gluten free baking but nice free cookies and muffins if you can eat wheat. They offered yogurt and bananas which worked for me. I saw no decaf coffee but Tims is...
