"Very disappointed. We’ve stayed here before and it was perfect and now rooms are dusty, very un maintained the toilet almost snapped out and it looked crusty. The bathtub was slimy. WiFi didn’t even work, many homeless camping around the parking lot as well which was insane. Looked like mold or something was staining corners of the wall especially the vent. It was also humid to the point where it smelled like wet feet. Odd smell for sure will definitely not be returning. Reception art check in...

"Everything was good except the Air conditioning in the room was so loud that neither my wife or I slept at all and I can usually sleep through anything. Something was really wrong with the fan !!! We should have changed rooms but we had been traveling all day and it was late, thought we could make it.. Well zero sleep later .."

"Decent hotel about 30 minutes from Seattle. Well priced. Pretty much what I expected. The room was clean and large. Parking was free. The hotel looks a bit banged up, but the room was fine."

"Room was average to below average. The place was musty, homeless lined the alley you have to travel to get to the hotel and the breakfast was not good at all. We got locked out of our room and multiple of us had to get our key cards reset. Receptionist that luckily was there, most of the time it was unmanned, was nice and helpful."

The front desk was of very little help in finding a suitable remedy, The issue was out of their control but we had been on the road for hours and picked this hotel to settle into before heading back home. "I work overnights. I came back to the room to shower before check out. Fell asleep, missed 1030am call from front desk. I did wake up when the rooms door was opened by inn employee"

"The floors in our room were very dirty, we had no towels upon arrival. The large burner on stove did not work. Where you put the garbage the can were overflowing onto the floor. Very dissatisfied."

"We stayed three nights and had hoped to get breakfast there however it appeared that they were understaffed. We waited at the counter on the first morning as a couple ahead of us ordered their food. The staff person then left and did not come back. After ten minutes we left and got our breakfasts elsewhere for those three mornings."
