"On my initial check in, I was checked in to the wrong room. Additional, there was a technician working on the wifi in the room when I arrived. When I went back to the front desk they checked me in to the correct room. However, on the last day of my stay the AC unit stopped working and it was terribly hot. I booked this location for the swimming pool and gym. Unfortunately, the swimming pool and gym were under construction so I could not use those amenities. Lastly I was not given any breakfast...

"On Expedia it says free breakfast, later we find out we have to be on some sort of lost to get free breakfast otherwise we have to pay."
