"Upon arrival, the gentleman at the front desk was very friendly! He proved to be very helpful with other items throughout our stay, including helping us to switch to a new room when our air conditioning wasn't working. The hotel is certainly outdated and could use a good deep clean and updating. The view was gorgeous overlooking the river! All in all, it got us close enough to the concert (Country Thunder) without the overpriced price tag, which is what we wanted and knew we were getting."

"Place was awful. Couldn’t even use the shower. I explained this to the staff. They told me pretty much to go to hell our room was gross. There were burn holes in my sheets. Yeah disgusting."
