"Every thing staff was nice"

"The toilet was broke and constantly running. The refrigerator sounded like it had an ice machine in it and kept us all night. House keeping knocked on our door at 8:40 am. We didnt answer, but they let themselves into the room. Completely unacceptable!! When I called the front desk to complain all they said was ok. Not even an apology."

"Room is clean and renovated. Breakfast is excellent containing hot meals (sausage, omelette, bacon), warm cinnamon rolls, and much more. Location is very convenient for visiting Columbia River Gorge."

"The room was clean. Unfortunately I did not see there were no elevators and when I checked in and said that was an issue due to mobility I was not offered a room on the lower level."

"The pool and hot tub looked as if they haven’t been cleaned in forever. Hair kept getting on us. Bandaids and garbage on floors. No pool towels for hours. The room smelled of cigarette smoke. We had dried blood on our ceiling and the smoke detector was covered by a plastic garbage bag. Mysterious stains dripping down walls in entryway of room."

"I typically do not leave reviews good or bad. However, myself and my family were impressed with the quality of this stay. The check in was easy, the staff kind. Our room had plenty of space, was very clean, and comfortable. The entire building was updated and looked beautiful. I liked that it was tucked away and felt very safe, and the price was great! We did not have a chance to use the pool or try the breakfast. The only thing they didn’t have was a hot tub but not a deal breaker for us ;)"

"The hotel building itself wasn’t bad but the property and surrounding area was scary. Homeless people everywhere. I was traveling with just my daughter and I and decided it wasn’t safe for us to stay there. We didn’t even check in so I can’t say what the interior of this location is like. When we pulled in the first thing I saw was a large homeless population and security guards wondering the property during the day which can give you an idea of what the crime rate in the area is.
