Every experience I had with staff was curteous and professional. Every inch of the room was clean. It's clear many of the fixtures are in need of replacing (light fixtures have rust on them, possibly from humidity), but everything worked. Staff was the rudest I’ve ever seen, multiple people walked in and she couldn’t have been more rude. 1 flat pillow on each side of the bed, beds were uncomfortable. Seemed like they had long term tenants living here, did not feel safe at all
