"3rd party verification was cumbersome at best and took too long. One I was "approved" the only issue was that we didn't have a code to enter the lobby of the building. This was resolved with a quick phone call. The space was very clean and everything seemed new. It was very spacious and included all the amenities you would expect. There's nothing walkable other than a hiking trail but the location is good. I would stay here again."

"The check in process was awful. I was not sent the online guest registration form before arrival. So, I had no instructions on how to check in or get in. The online registration was also irritating by having to scan your ID and take a selfie to confirm your identity. I ended up having to call the main office four times to finally get the proper instructions on how to enter the building. The check-in instructions were not accurate. The number code didn’t work because they don’t tell you about...

"We enjoyed our stay at Urban Chic Townhouse in the downtown area of Indy. The beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were very clean. Big screen TVs were a big plus during any downtime we had during our visit."
