Stayed many times at this property. Realised that the bedsheets are gray and dirty the last time I stayed here. Will reconsider in the future

Cheap and good, curtains in my room could’ve been better built to completely block out the sunlight. The toilet amenities could’ve been better.

The hotel toilet shower was broken. The flooring was loose and uneven. Floor tiles were completely debonded and dislodged. The laminated flooring had wrapped and edges were tapped up. I banged my legs against the low bed frame … twice. The tooth brush supplied had their bristles loose and ended up in my mouth. Tooth paste was tastless. Receptionist lost my bookings and took me a little longer to check in. The room lights are configured weird. There was no ambient lighting … harsh lighting. Also, suppose to have a window as featured on the booking images but the room had no window. The shower gel and shampoo was too little. The TV was placed in a very weird position. There wasn’t really much place for you to place your belongings nor a proper work table. No fridge. And the aircon controller was sticky to the touch. The pillows were hard. Bed wasn’t as comfortable. Sheets look worn out. I don’t know how this hotel got a 9.2 rating. It is misleading. Will not stay there anymore.
This is a last minute booking on Expedia. I booked a family suite and checked in time was stated 2pm.
I arrived at 3.30pm expecting the room to be ready since it was already way past the check-in time, however to my surprise, the staff seems shocked that I checked-in and I was told that the room is not ready.
We had to wait at the small lobby for 15mins before we proceed up.
First impression is that the hotel is truly to its name, a boutique hotel, thus is only suitable for short stay like a day or 2.
The lift is small, and only serves Level G, 1, 2.
Despite the No Smoking signs, the upper floor corridor are filled with cigarette smell.
When we tapped our card to enter the room, to our surprise, their so called Family Suite is actually 2 rooms with connecting doors, that is their Family Suite. We were disappointed but since it is only for a 1 night stay, we lower our expectations.
There is no shower head for you to hold when you shower and it is high up rain down, thus those with kids better be warn.
The toilet is also small, thus when you shower, the whole toilet will be wet, the half length glass shower screen is basically redundant.
Bed is on a raised platform, comfortable and just nice to the touch.
TV channels only has Singapore or Malaysia Channels.
The plus point is nearby has many Restoran and kopitiams, many options for meals.
Noisy. Can hear slamming doors in the middle of the night that woke us up by shock.
Vinyl flooring is bad and protruding - May cut yourself if you barefoot in the room
Nothing is good lol. Didn’t even wanna utilise the toilet
very nice . my family very love it . the entrance walk is so wonderful . love it . so different from another hotels . amazing . the room is so beautiful . got bathtub 👍. my family love it so much ❤️❤️❤️
Great value for money stay! King size bed and bathtub. Glass separating the bedroom and toilet is translucent so it's not for the conservative. Good local food surrounding this hotel!
Love the design on the hotel. A lot of thought was put into it. My little boy loved the glass fish tank below his feet the moment we entered. Even though the floor still had some strands of hairs, the Queen Deluxe room which we stayed in is overall sufficient and comfortable for us. Many eateries around and parking was easy if it's not during peak hours. Will definitely choose to stay here again.
Pros :
1. Location, depending on where you want to go. For me it's super convenient, as the places I go is Tebrau City, Permas Jaya, JB Town.
2. There's food delivery / lots of food to ear nearby.
3. The room quality is great for a budget boutique hotel. Sound proofing is good (don't expect high quality sound proofing, trust me it is good enough for you to have a good night sleep.), though room is small but I wouldn't complain much.
4. Want to have some sweet drinks but don't want to go too far? You can buy from them in the lobby! Or better yet, a 7 eleven nearby!
5. Safe! The most important thing to have when you travel!
6. Water dispenser for the public.
Cons :
1, TV channels are a bit messed up, I'm not sure if it's the antenna problem or what but I can only have less than 10 channels available.
2. The water heater is not that hot if you're gonna bath with the max water pressure unless you adjust the water flow slower.
3. The safe PIN is not like what you expected it to be, be sure to ask the front desk for help if you have issues! Otherwise you'll have yourself a beeping safe for the next 10 - 20 mins.
4. Parking is free but if the restaurants are crowded with guests then you'll have to park further. And if the place is well established then you might even have to buy tickets for the parking too!
