The hotel was near to Mid Valley SouthkEy Shopping Mall. other than that, nothing else. In fact, the cleanliness of the hotel as compared to the initial stage of their opening had a difference now. It isn’t as clean anymore. It also isn’t well maintained. The service of the hotel staff if can be rated, majority of them should be rated a 2/10. If you can wait for 5 hours just to receive an additional towel or bucket of ice, this is the hotel for you. Also, don’t bother calling the reception hotline, as we held onto the phone for more than 30 minutes but no one picks up the call, regardless the time of the day. We even have to resort going down to the reception area for help. Paid for an extra bed but they delivered a baby cot! Otherwise, if self service is possible, it is the best. The only saving grace is Ms Nurul from the hotel guest services front desk. She has been helpful.
