Mouldy condition

The rooms without windows have serious mould issues, and the hotel management doesn't seem to care about it. When you checked in, you can the rooms' doors are hold opened with chair for air ventilation. We have to request to change the room cos the condition of the rooms' really not livable. Overall, its a hotel that looks good from outside, but uncomfortable from inside. Won't go back again.

Location amenities not so bad but i book 3 room queen and end up only got 2 queen and 1 room is 2 single bed . Reason from staff said hotel.com only show reservation 1 booking . No mini fridge.

Previous stays were better

Had a huge delay at check in as staff insisted there was no booking and asks us to call hotels.com by ourselves. Finally checked in and feel the sheets were not very clean. Room was alright. But I feel the standards are dropping as compared to my future stays!

Located along shophouses with massage shops and cafes that opens till late. Check in is fast and easy. But the room was disappointing as the toilet was not cleaned properly. Clumps of hair on room floor. Floor mat was abit dirty. Toilet bowl wasn’t flushed, with used cigarette butt and yellow substance all round the toilet bowl and sink. We were grossed out but since staying for one night only, we didn’t make a fuss and just cleaned up the toilet ourselves.

It was very clean and cosy. Quite reasonable for a 3-star accommodation. Don't expect more than a comfy room.

A regular of marion

Affordable hotel with 4 comfortable pillows. (not all hotels provide good quality pillows, 4 SOMEMORE!!) I am a regular at Marion I personally likes Marion as compared to other hotels in Jb. For a chill night is more than worth. Not to worry if you drive, there is a guard pacik who'll look after your vehicle at night. Also, even if you doesn't drive you can grab right? What's more important than the hotel to be clean and comfy? Oh but a tip, not sure why lately Marion Hotel has quite a few mozzies. If you see 1 in your room so not hesitate to alarm the counter staff about it ya.

Overall, I have a wonderful experience during our stay in the hotel, it was so quiet, very neat, i love the shower there is a hot and cold. I sleep so well. Its very convenient to us cus its near to the mall.

Basic clean hotel. Comfortable stay

Basic clean room if a bit small. The staff were friendly. Overall, comfortable stay and good value for money. One minus is that no kettle is provided. For hot water, you have to get it from the dispenser at the reception, which is a bit of a hassle. Location is not bad. There are a few nice cafes along the same stretch (Lavendar, Seven Oaks). Taman Sri Tebrau hawker center is just a short walk away. KSL mall is walkable (maybe 15-20 min), but on a hot sunny afternoon, it's better to catch a Grab ride -- cost me only RM5.

Staffs was friendly there, service not too bad. The receptionist was help me grab the car. Thank u and appreciate it. But, if u are carry big & heavy luggage, then not a best choice to stay, because there has no lifts there>.<“

Room was ok, soundproof was bad... can hear talking from other room and traffic on the road very clearly. And the fact that there was no free parking, we got a parking fine. And paying parking fine is a pain in jb...

Clean room with basic amenities. Convenient. Walking distance to Leisure Mall (10-15 mins) and Pelangi Plaza (15-20 mins). Many dining places around. Doorstep away from Seasons. However, there is no lift in the hotel. So guest with heavy luggages or walking disabilities do take note.

For a simple stay is ok. The room I slept in is kind of itchy on the mattress n blanket. It is dirty with hair but they dun bother to change the sheets

リーズナブルで機能的なホテル

JBセントラルからタクシーで10分ほど、周囲には飲食店やマッサージ店も多く便利な場所にあります。３階建ての小さなホテルで入口はあまり目立ちませんが、大きい通りに面しています。部屋は豪華ではないですがシンプルで機能的、泊まるには十分で、その割にリーズナブルなのが良かったです。

Decent stay for the price

Room was decent for its price, bathroom is on the smaller side. When you shower the rest of the area gets wet. Basic toiletries are provided.

食事とマッサージの店が多い地域にあり、セブンイレブンも2～3分のところにあるので便利です。ただ、移動の際はタクシーがつかまりにくいので、フロントの方にいうとｇｒａｂで手配してくれますので助かりました。部屋は普通のビジネスホテル並みだと思っていた方がいいと思いますが、スタッフはいつも笑顔で迎えてくれます

I was surprised by how small my deluxe room was. But then again, I didn't pay a lot for the room, plus the staff is helpful so it was all good!

Very basic, beds are good, but this is all!

Staff are friendly and helpful, The famous Lavender Pastry shop just 100 metres away from hotel Which is very good. Also Restaurant Giannies and Sweetwater Restaurant just metres away , a blessing as there is nothing else to recommend.
