"Well, the majority of the hotel has been updated There was still remnants of the old. All interior doors as well as exterior sliding doors and for sure the pool area overall everything was kept relatively clean. The staff was very friendly and the location was good."

"The shuttle to downtown Newport every half hour was outstanding. We could get into Newport and back on a predictable schedule. The drivers were outstanding, friendly, and knowledgeable about the area."

"We had a wonderful stay here. The rooms are super clean and newly updated. Very safe and quiet neighborhood at night. The innkeeper does a great job and is very friendly. The free breakfast was awesome. The only downfall is the parking, which is offsite. "

"Convenient location, friendly staff. Wonderful little restaurant called Picnic at the end of the street. Just park your car and walk to many locations, no need to fuss with expendive Newport parking and traffic. Very comfortable bed and surprisingly quiet room."

"We had 2 rooms, 1 needed ADA access. It did have the ramp, but no seating chair for the shower and it was located near the b k of the kitchen and the view from the window was the storage areas with beer kegs and what not laying around. The hotel location and the other room with a balcony were great. Need to improve on the ADA room though "
