"Everything was good. But I just want to particularly mention about the receptionist who checked me in, the girl with the highlighted hair, I feel like her attitude needs to be a lot more professional, and customer centric. Maintaining eye contact and a friendly personality should be a 101 as long as the reception area is concerned. Otherwise very good experience."

"Room appeared clean. Barking dogs all night. We are married seniors, although booked two months in advance, were given a room that said Pet Suite on the door. In the morning found a small crawling bug on one bed, smacked it & left blood underneath, probably a flea or tick.
