"Location to amenities were convenient. Home clean and friendly. Loved the closed in backyard. I would book again."

"This is the perfect home away from home! A quiet quaint neighborhood called Colony Estates. It is a kid friendly home with a beautiful back yard. This home has everything you need to relax and feel at home. Communication is with the host was spot on. You will want to buy this home when you see it! Just book it!"

"Great place to stay, we could hear the sound of the waves from the back of the house, it included all the toys for an excellent family vacation, it is close to the Aquarium. "

"Beautiful location, quiet area, view of Neuse River. House was beautiful. Host communication was good. If back in New Bern area would stay here again."

"My family and I felt as if the property was in great condition for an older home. When we first arrived we couldn't get in through the front door was able to get in through the back. When I called Mr. Edgar he responded very quickly. We would stay again and we recommend staying at this property. Mr. Edgar and Mr. Hayden are great hosts and attentive."
