"The room I stayed in was not cleaned all the way,there were cigarette butts all over,blood on the sheets and the floor turned your feet black. You couldn’t get new towels for the pool area unless you gave them your room towels. (Every place I’ve ever stayed had separate towels in the pool area) and if you didn’t give those back,you couldn’t get fresh towels in return. The staff was nasty & rude as well. "

"Stayed here for the restaurant and bar. We like to not have to get into our car again after traveling to suns and have a cocktail. The bar has no red wine and no bourbon. The one beer my husband had was bad and it cost $10.
Just a disappointment! "

"The Best Western Plus in Jonesboro is a decent stay, especially for the money. The property is old, and that is evident by just looking around inside and outside. The room seems pretty clean but smelled of mildew and had several repairs in the drywall in the bath area that were not done professionally. Breakfast was good and the staff were helpful and friendly. The price was very economical, so I wasn't expecting much. In the future, I would likely spend the extra 40$/night to have a facility...

"I was impressed with this property. It was reasonably priced so I didn’t have high expectations, but the property well exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Perfect to stay with a pet, although there was no evidence of prior pets. The HVAC system took a little trial and error, but I was able to get the temperature comfortable."
