"Clean rooms, friendly staff, would recommend."

"The lobby had a bad smell upon entering & there wasn’t any staff present. The lobby restroom was dirty. In the room: the bathroom door had severe water damage. Some of the towels were stained. And the body wash in the shower was empty before we ever used it. The carpets were dirty and stained. The ceiling had water spots. The sheets weren’t fully on either bed. The furniture had not been cleaned. There was not a coffee maker but there were supplies for coffee. The plastic on the disposable cups had holes in it. The temperature in the room was hard to regulate. It was constantly either really hot or really cold. At breakfast the restocking of coffee cups did not keep up with usage. "

"Nice room, courteous check in. 3 day stay. Never replenish the coffee, toilet paper, etc. never emptied the tiny trashcan the whole stay. Housekeeping was non-existent. The physical hotel was great. The breakfast was ok, no dairy til 3rd day when truck came in."

"We went with the grandparents and kids. Firstly, we hate smoke and yes we knew it was a casino. Even walking into the hotel lobby, the smoke was present as it leaked in from the casino side. However, we chose smoke free rooms. Once you make it up to the smoke free area, theres a huge different and no smoke smell at all in the rooms. The room is a little outdated but not by too terribly much. It was clean and the beds were super comfy and clean. I bring my own bedding, esp with having kids there, but it was clean enough to trust it. As for amenities, we had a blast in the indoor and outdoor pool. Pretty basic, no slides, but clean and there was a kiddie pool. There is Kidsquest playground daycare where you can drop your kid off in a cool indoor playground that has tons of stuff and even food, and staff care for your kids while youre gambling. We didnt leave ours there alone and watched from afar as parents arent allowed inside. The food is good but expensive as to be expected. The casino was lively on a Saturday. Lots of music and food, tons of options to play for any bet amount your budgeting. Overall... this place is a great mini retreat to get away for a night. However anything past that might get boring as there really isnt too much to do (we didnt do the theratre or arcade though.) It's also in a small town with hardly any attractions. Overall, we will make this a seasonal trip from now on!"

"I had an absolutely terrible experience at this hotel and would strongly advise others to stay elsewhere. First off, the pool was completely unacceptable. The water was brown and visibly filthy—definitely not something anyone should be swimming in. It looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a long time, which immediately made me question the overall hygiene of the place. The front desk staff were no better. They were rude, dismissive, and acted like helping guests was an inconvenience. Any time I asked a question, I was met with attitude instead of assistance. The room itself was outdated and worn down. The furniture looked like it hadn’t been replaced in decades—old, scratched, and uncomfortable. It gave the whole place a neglected, run-down feel. But the worst part of my stay was completely unbelievable. While I was trying to get coffee in the morning, two hotel employees got into a physical fight right in front of guests. It was chaotic and honestly a bit scary. I ended up having to call 911 because the situation was out of control. To make matters worse, one of the employees involved actually cursed at me while I was trying to help. This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. Poor cleanliness, terrible customer service, and completely unprofessional behavior from staff. I will never stay here again."

"Delightful stay in historic room! Everyone is so kind and easy walk to bar and restaurant. I'd love to visit yearly since it was a 12 hour drive."

"Check-in instructions are sent via text and email and are very clear. The staff was wonderful and breakfast was always great!! The location is fantastic and the main reason I booked here, I would definitely stay here again!! "
