"The hotel is conveniently located, close to Ezeiza with a free shuttle. There were some rough edges, like moldy shower grout, a bathroom door that would not shut close, dilapidated playground equipment, and slow food room service. The room service food was very good, and reasonably priced."
"The grounds are absolutely beautiful! The hotel itself is old and needs some maintenance. The restaurant was great for dinner and they have incredible coffee. The staff went above & beyond! My spouse was sick and needed medication and they arranged a taxi pickup and found us a safe pharmacy and had the transportation fully arranged."
"the restaurant in the facility doesn't have many dining options. Also, they had a party in the hotel garden for the personnel after hours and the music and chatting was too loud and it went on until 2-3am. "
