small insect problem but the manager took care of it immediately and it was resolved for the rest of our stay. Staff English limited but Google Translate made things smooth 😁.
If you have any situation or problem, the staff is very attentive, but if you don’t say anything : no solution 😜.

"Friendly staff. Breakfast was included and absolutely delicious. Room was comfortable and large. Bathroom was sufficient, however, the shampoo and bodywash came in little packets which were impractical for those with lots of hair. Luckily we brought our own stuff. I had them wash my laundry (7$) it was washed, dried, and folded. Host drove us to the ferry on our last day for 2$/person at 5am which was very helpful."

"Shower does not drain, mold in shower. Insects and water in room due to poor windows. Wifi was poor but the staff fixed that, the breakfast was excellent. The staff were helpful when you can find them."

"We checked in here when we discovered the original place we had booked was horrible and we could just not stay there. This hotel was a welcome find! I really wish I could remember the lady at the front desk’s name - she was so friendly and helpful, always smiling!! We also had a wonderful massage as well, it was so relaxing!! Special shout out to Jorge who went above and beyond!! We highly recommend this hotel right downtown San Cristobal."

"This is my first time staying in a hostel versus a traditional hotel. The only thing that surprised me was that there were no shampoo, conditioner or hairdryer, but that might be normal for hostels and now that I know I can be prepared next time. The view was amazing from our room that looked over the ocean. The beds were very comfortable and clean. The owner Abel was very friendly. One thing that was extremely helpful for me is that we were able to keep our luggage there until our taxi arrived...
