"When booking this we were not aware that the room door opened directly onto the car park. So this is more of a motel. The hotel overall was good and the leisure facilities were very welcome. However, it might be helpful to highlight that the hotel is more of a motel in style."

"Room seemed clean until I found spilled coffee in the microwave from the prior guest. Lobby seemed to be under ongoing renovation. Pool was closed. Staff weren't friendly. There was a person experiencing homelessness sleeping in one of the stairwells. The AC unit in the room was so noisy it couldn't be used. The shower paneling was coming off the wall. On the plus side, the room had a nice patio out the back and we didn't have anything stolen from our car overnight. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Seemed very experience for what we got (~$140)."

"I’d give this a 5 as the actual hotel is excellent. But they don’t seem to have enough housekeeping staff and the housekeeping staff and front desk communication is non-existent. We waited over an hour for a room and all 3 rooms we tried were not made up yet. "

"The hotel was not maintained very well! The paint looked like a three year old did it. No hot water the morning that we checked out and no one at the front desk to complain to. Rough stay!"

"Room (especially the floor) was dirty. Doors, door handles, walls, windows were dirty. TV did not work. Had to go to office to request an HDMI cable for TV to work. Bed was comfortable. Area was quiet. Heater and A/C worked fine. "

"AC was not great. The large window right at parking level with lights coming into the room was less than ideal. But the room was clean and it was a good shower. "

"The host was helpful to let us drop off things early as I misread check in time. The place is large and lots of space. They have a cockroach problem in the area, and made stay difficult with them all over dead and alive to make sure my toddler didn’t eat them. Overall nice house, but just be aware of that issue with small children and pets as the smell of bug spray was pretty evident all around the inside of the house. "
