"Overall, we had a very good experience at the hotel. The public spaces are beautiful and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great though because cruise lines use the hotel, the breakfast area can be extremely crowded and a little chaotic when these travelers try to have breakfast at the same time. We did find that housekeeping was not well organized. The housekeepers would leave cleaning supplies in our room on occasion and once did not make up our room. We would probably not go back to the hotel again."

"We stayed at this hotel last March and had a wonderful experience. It’s truly a five star hotel. Located in the Opera district, the hotel feels like an extension of Paris’s grand opera culture, with beautiful décor and an elegant atmosphere throughout. The rooms were luxurious, spotless, and very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was outstanding, offering an impressive variety of delicious options each morning. From the exceptional service to the stunning design, every detail made our stay truly memorable. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly return."

"Just got back from our stay. Went for my anniversary. Was no customer service and I paid a big price for little care and understanding. Staff couldn’t be bothered, ended up paying being overpriced and overlooked. Then they wanted me to paid more for a room set up which was £280 on top of my bill for the room I already paid for. Outside was stunning perfect view of the Eiffel Tower. Was impressed. Part from that was left disappointed and heartbroken, for what was meant to be an unforgettable experience between me and my girlfriend. The French was rude and didn’t like the English ! Little fogs don’t stop at the Pullman hotel again !!!!!! Unless your a millionaire and a walk over"
