"Very disappointed. Service appalling, especially in bars and restaurants. Reception staff very friendly but not helpful. ‘Computer says no’ quite often!!!! Our room was perfectly acceptable and we had a lovely view of Mayon volcano. Tried to book shuttle bus back to airport as we arrived but told ..."

"No pool. No elevator. Staff one is ok Getting to the room on 3rd level is not good. Construction going on, I had to walk on a man made bridge to cross to go to the room. I was scared"
