"AMAZING view of the volcano if you stay at the room with volcano view. Quiet and friendly welcoming staff. The restaurant was delicious with pretty great view of the volcano. The room clean and cozy. No AC needed. The only issue would be the 8pm curfew due to the hotel being in the national park and the entrance/exit closes at that time. Overall a great stay! "

"The hotel is a cute boutique style property. For the area the comforts were excellent, although the bed was a little on the hard side and there was very little hot warm, more like warmish. The views from the room are fantastic! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was yummy. If you plan on exploring know that the walk up the hill to the hotel is steep and on a cobblestone road. When we return we will stay here again."
