"Pros: Views, decent pool area, peaceful surroundings. Cons: Super hard mattress (woke up with back aches), cheap, rough bedding and worn towels that badly need replacing. Felt like a motel quality stay honestly—my friend and I felt like we were glamping. Food and water amenities were overpriced as we found better, cheaper options offsite. Had to request maintenance for slow draining sink and low water pressure. Bed creaked."

"The property is perfect—very clean. The bed is super comfortable. The only downside is that the rooms don’t have a refrigerator, and there are no services after 8 pm. Breakfast doesn’t start until 8 am."

"Pretty new place, and it’s developing. Super friendly and helpful staff/owner. Full kitchen available to use, and washing machines. Just a smell of the room was too strong - I think its from cleaning products they use. Would be good to have AC or at least silent fan."

"We loved our time at this unique property. We stayed in the family room (which was well-appointed and very clean). The food was delightful and we enjoyed the welcome drinks at check-in since we're Expedia VIPs. The food was delicious and the staff was incredibly attentive. Our kids loved the pool and kayaking on the lake. They also had a cute activity where the kids could pick veggies from their garden and they served them up for breakfast. Overall, I would give our stay 4.7 stars. Everything was perfect except for the fact that our room didn't have any hot water. I know that this is a common thing in El Salvador, but we didn't expect this considering the price for the family room. It was way too cold for our kids but we made it work since we only stayed for one night. If the staff are able to remedy this then we would have zero complaints. Other than that, it was a perfect stay!"

"I couldn't get a towel after swimming. My family had to use a used towel. I went to the reception, but they didn't bring it to me, and there was no answer from the evening and I didn't see anyone. Everything was perfect except for the service above. The lake was so beautiful."
