"Awesome hotel. No dining options at all around hotel as it is on its own. Have to pay to use the pool which is a first and extremely disappointing. Nice hotel but let down by location and unable to use facilities without fees"

When the afternoon staff were called to ask the correct address, the young staffer argued with my wife that him helping her was not his job. The hotel misrepresents its location as family-friendly. It is in the adult entertainment area of busan City. Very cramped alleyways poor lighting obnoxious drunks and other issues. On the bright side, there were complimentary condoms in the room, coupled with a sign posted on the window...

However, the only improvement I would recommend the owner to do, would to be to reach out earlier to send a detailed instruction on how to get to you room after check in hours which is 3pm on that day so people know what to expect , other then that, everything was great, the bar was comfortable , the room was flawless, there was space to put the luggage, and the washroom was bigger then many I’ve seen and overall...
