"The room was generally clean, but mattress pad was stained and the comforter was thin and pillows were cheap. If they paid a bit more attention here it would have gone a long way. Otherwise the place was pretty clean and staff were pleasant and helpful."

"The hotel itself is great and a majority of the hotel staff were super helpful. One staff on my last day implied my card was rejecting after trying to recheck in (it was not). Then several times made the process more and difficult. Even stopping me after I checked in, as I walked in to tell me my certificate was expired (I had already worked with management extensively on this). Other than this 1 staff member my stay was overall pleasant and the entire hotel was safe, clean, and the breakfast...
