"Was disappointed when we got to the hotel and found out the pool was closed. Also, breakfast selection was small. Waffle maker wasn't working. Beds were very uncomfortable. Light was broken in the room, why repair when you can just zip tie it."

"Our room was mostly clean. The bath toilet had a leak underneath onto the floor. The sheer curtains had yellow and brown stains. The refrigerator wasn't on so we had to turn it on and wait for it to cool to put drinks in. That never happened. Lucky we had a cooler and there was ice on our floor. Breakfast was good if you weren't eating eggs. Boiled eggs would not peel. Scrambled eggs were almost runny and tasteless. We've stayed at this Hampton Inn in the past. It was much better. ...

"We've stayed at this resort many times as it is halfway between our winter home and our summer home. We love the golf and it's a great, well integrated place to stay. Unfortunately, for this stay, our room did not get any service for a two-night stay. (Getting into an unmade bed and not having refreshed towels felt odd.). Otherwise, staff were helpful and friendly. This hotel rarely disappoints, but this time did not meet our expectations."
