"I was put in a handicapped room I did not request. The TV did not work. Called the front desk and a woman came down to check the TV. This is when she admitted the hotel knew there was a problem with the TV but did not bother to tell me before checking in. The room was like an icebox when I arrived. Tired to turn the heat on for a short bit and the heat DID NOT work! In the middle of the night the chain broke on the toilet handle. Had to lift the toilet tank lid to flush. Room stunk so bad...

The only thing I had a problem with the hotel was there was 4 kids above my room and they ran, jumped pound on the floor and we could not get any sleep. I called down to the desk to let them know if they can contact the persons in the room above us and tell them to stop their kids from jumping, running and playing while people are trying to get rest. "Everything was great except the beds, they have not been flipped or rotated in a long time. The usual sitting and sleeping spots on the bed are overly soft, like you sink nearly to the box spring and if you turn or lean over you nearly fall right out the bed. We thought it may have just been the type of bed but the outer side of both beds are much more solid. Other than that our stay was very good."
