"Nice place to stay in June Lake"

"Kitchen sink and the refrigerator too close if switch near the window better it’s very tiny space when you cooking. Sofa bed need to upgrade it can’t let you sleep. Bathroom clean and tiny. Bed room clean and ok size for two. Easy to find and parking. Quite and nice outside relaxing area"

"I loved the spaciousness of the lobby and sitting areas. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. Always love breakfast being included. Location is great. Across the street from the village. Would have liked coffee available earlier in the morning. Valet parking which is the only option can be a pain. Overall we were happy with our stay. Very comfortable, clean, friendly staff, great location!"

"Loved the spacious room and the beautiful view of the lift. Not all of the rooms are the same in terms of being updated. The property was clean and the staff was overall helpful. The heated pool and the three jacuzzi’s were awesome. Plus they had barbecues which made cook outside a pleasant. The ice machines were not working in the building."

"This spot is super solid especially solo traveling. Right in downtown mammoth close to most shops and restaurants/bars. Has rooms with balconies that face the mountain so a great view, probably even more so during snow season. Parking easy with garages right under your rooms even. Even has an elevator if you don’t wanna walk up the stairs. Very very clean and has a nice smell. I got the standard room for an awesome price, has everything you need and an above average bathroom. "Beautiful location clean room proximity to mammoth village And other shopping"

"Unfortunately I cannot recommend this property in the summer. There is no A/C, which is normally not a problem in Mammoth Lakes. BUT, the rooms have no windows or ventilation, only a sliding door with no screen, and no way to secure the room if you open the door. On top of that, the cleaning staff open the curtains to the sunlight when you are gone, turning your room into a greenhouse oven. So, despite the beautiful weather in Mammoth Lakes, it’s too hot to stay here."

"Staff failed to inform us about rules and regulations. Was forced to seek housekeeper. Pool area was too congested, with too many chairs lined up along edge of pool. Wife caught her foot getting up from a lounge chair and caught her foot on the leg and feel scraping her knee and bruising her foot. Management seemed concerned but can’t say the say for staff."

"This was a wonderful little bed-and-breakfast to visit! The town kind of reminded my husband and I of an aspen area! We had a great Mexican food dinner at a local restaurant. And top-notch this was the most comfortable bed. I have slept in in Any room I’ve ever stayed in. We were also able to go out on the back balcony and enjoy a little of the woods. What a great experience!"
