"First off, I love traveling to Alaska. The location of this hotel was perfect. We were able to walk everywhere. The only issue we had, no hot water, talk about a disaster. We got refunded for 2 of our 4 night stay. Because location was ideal, I would book again."

"The place is been renovated and a work in progress. Room was excellent but no ice machines or ice trays yet. We’re told that would be fixed. The view comes with road noise but worth it. Would stay again once renovations are completed."

"Cups glasses tissue had to be looked for. Not obvious where they were. Not enough pillows and pillow covers uncomfortable. No curtains only blinds so room was flooded with light by 4am. Only one small double bed in a big suite. Staff was great but facility is old and poorly maintained despite very high prices."
