"The property was clean, but definitely has seen better days. It was nice to have Laundry facilities on site. Our room faced the back of the property and was definitely affected by road noise, dumpster lids slamming shut and neighborhood dogs barking."

"The staff was quite friendly. On a down side, there was no mention at the time of booking that the hotel was undergoing a major renovation. One of the reasons that we selected this hotel was the onsite restaurant. This was closed. The construction noise above our room was as horrible as it possibly could be. However, the hotel was happy to relocate us to a different room.
The hotel is making huge mistakes trying to create a "crisp, modern" atmosphere. There is no carpet anywhere. That...

"Really helpful shuttle to/from the airport and ferry terminal. Rooms are small and a but stuffy, but the staff was super helpful. No AC but there’s heat & screens on the windows."
