"The cushion seat of the sofa in the bedroom was sunk/flat. The fabric was very old and dirty. The same was with the sofa in the common room downstairs and the cushions were very dirty and flat."

"The staff were very helpful and friendly. The grounds were experiencing the change of seasons so likely less stunning than what summer and wjnter wpuld offer, alas still fresh and inviting. Meal choices were savoury anx seemed to be appealing to those around me. For me with Crohns, a little restrictive. I imagine in season would be broader selection, so understandable. "
