"Buffet was good, everything seemed to be extra and lack of service I was expecting a bit more. Very busy hotel and always waiting for the elevator - pool costed extra. Room was nice and quiet. "

"I stayed one night at The Grand Hyatt with my daughter what an amazing stay. We were both blown away by the hotel. The staff were so friendly and helpful and Philip who checked us in was so nice we were able to check in in early and were able to upgrade for a small price to an ocean view room where we saw the sun set and the planes take off! I would definitely recommend the hotel for everything from hotel services to food thank you for such a memorable stay."

Nice garden in the picture was useless because hotel restricted customer's access due to construction. If this is the case, then hotel shall notify before reservation. Very dishonest hotel."
