They gave us a room where the floors weren’t mopped, had dog poop stains on the floor and smelled like dog piss the entire time we stayed there at room 317. Turns out they did a Mickey mouse cleaning on the room because when I lifted up the bed there was dog pissed underneath the queen mattress. the queen bed had dog hairs so bad that me and my family only used one of the beds cause we couldn’t take the smell of dog piss and hairs everywhere on the bed"
