"Great place"

"First room we were assigned smelled like a urinal. We immediately walked out. They were super nice and changed immediately with no fuss. Second room Bathtub had mold along the caulking and tub drained super slow. We were there for medical appointment so ended up staying since it was just one night but was not thrilled with the cleanliness of it. Also, pool area should not be a smoke area. We got ran out because one person decided to smoke and I can’t be around smoke even outside."

"I paid nearly $600 for one night and did not receive the room I booked. I reserved a king-bed room, but upon arrival it was unavailable, and I was given an uncomfortable queen-bed room in a separate tower. The bed was small and uncomfortable, and I slept terribly. This was supposed to be a relaxing weekend, but I left more tired than when I arrived. Very disappointing experience for the price."

"Comfy bed and decent little breakfast bar. Bathroom door opend stupidly into the room and shower selector valve was loose in the wall - so they need a little more attention to maintenance and at least one room was laid out a little stupidly. No pen and paper for notes. Didn't like having to scan a code to get hotel info, which was basic at best. Staff and cleanliness were tops. Comfort of room also very good. Overall, a good value but definitely room for improvement on details, even at this...
