Let's start with the only handicap parking was 3 or 4 by the lobby, so if you stay at the other side of thr hotel, too bad. Then the disgusting buffet breakfast for $18, with undercooked bacon and sausage links to the point that the link were grey. The transportation from one hotel location to the beach hotel location was some random guy in a Tahoe that would drop you off at the hotel location by the beach but you would be dropped off in the middle of construction. And how would you get back? No one knows. Activities were scheduled and that never happened except for some guy playing music from a CD by the pool. I was told when I called the hotel that in the evening, there is live music. I was there for 3 nights, no music. The pool tiki hut took over 30 minutes to serve 2 hot dogs and fries, which tasted horrible. There was nothing tropical or relaxing about this trip. Oh, did I mention no room service and "quiet time" is at 10pm? Not that I am some party animal but quiet time? Really? This notification came via email the day prior to check in. I am not a child. I do not need to be told when there is quiet time. Not when I am paying nearly $1000 for 3 nights. It is insukting!

Loved our staycation even though there was a hurricane on the west coast and we had rain on and off, we had fun at the pool, the band was good, food and drinks on property was good, had excellent dinner at a local Italian restaurant. My only complaint was there was a foul odor when we walked off the elevator to our room, it eventually got better but it was bad.

Place would be great and amazing if I was able to actually stay in it, on the website here it says 18 and older for check-in. That is so far from the truth it’s actually 21 I only found that out. After already driving nine hours to get to the hotel and yes I did call the hotel and they said 18 two. but also the pictures that they use on this website are from but hotels the one with the address that they are giving you is the main hotel where you check in but if you have a beach view room you go to the Piper Sand tower, which is on the other side of the island which it does not state that on the website anywhere so it is very confusing so if anybody is going to book this out done the future, make sure you are 21 because if not, you’re not gonna be able to go in and the address that they give you is the check-in spot, by the way, I did get all my money back because I was not even able to stay in the hotel. I’m just stayed in this out here for other people that are 18 and is looking for a hotel.
