"Room was nicely clean, checking in n out staff horrible, night staff was excellent n while checking out there was a lady by the name of Kara n I suggest that she trains the whole staff at this hotel, she was wonderful n extremely polite, just how it should be. My room ac was ok not super cool, but the hallways had the heater on n a lot of other guest were complaining about their ac not working on their rooms. They need room service :( n the pool bar to be open at least til 11pm because everything is so far from the property."
