"Room was clean staff very helpful"

"I did not like no key to room till next day. iPhone connection in room did not work. Hairdryer needed to be replaced. Cold coffee at 5:30am and had to wait. Firer Alarm had blink next to bed. I liked the comfortable bed and linens. Good AC system."

They decide to send us to the second floor and they gave us room 225 to our surprise, the air conditioning in that room was not good and the smell was disgusting and, of course, we asked for another room... after 30 minutes they gave us room 227, it was fine... but the air conditioning was not cold enough... "The building is extremely outdated inside and out. It has not been kept up with. It stinks really bad. The bed linens did seem clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfeast was your typical complimentary. The pool looked clean and was warm but atmosphere is not ideal for a vacation in my personal opinion. The room was overpriced. I will say the staff was pleasant and as helpful as they could possibly be."

"Gym was closed. There’s no vending machines. The bedding on one bed was filthy and smelled like arm pits. The carpet was sticky and felt awful. Hair in shower. Only shower. Tub filler was stuck up. Reeked of skunk weed."

"There was a couple small hiccups to start, the first not enough towels and second the elevator broke for a few hours on the 10th floor; however, staff was super accommodating and made up for it they went above and beyond. The rest of the stay was exceptional and I would definitely stay there again."
