Beautiful location

Short stay before riding to Kanchanaburi. Lovely location but limited places to eat nearby so we ate at the hotel restaurant which was very good.

A lovely resort

This is a lovely quiet resort that is well maintained with very friendly helpful staff. We loved the wood buildings and workmanship. The pool is wonderful. The grounds are well groomed. The location on the water is beautiful. We saw a lot of birds, even a couple of hornbills. The restaurant and coffee shop are good as well. The beds were comfortable. The air conditioner and WiFi worked well. We are happy with our choice to spend a few days here

Unter der Woche sehr ruhig! Bungalow vermeiden da evtl. Mäuse auf dem Dach Samba tanzen und man keinen Schlaf bekommen kann. Schöne Natur. Für Vogelkundler prima!

Fantastisk natur, långt ut på landet.

Ett helt fantastiskt ställe omringat av magisk natur. Förutom att man kunde låna cyklar och kanoter var man ”fast” på boendet. Begränsning i deras meny, men för kortare period gjorde inte detta något. Vi njöt av lugnet och den fina naturen. Ordnades utflykter. Lite missförstånd skedde då personalen inte kunde så mycket engelska.

Great concept, poorly executed

Rooms are spacious, but mouldy and musty. Facilities are starting to shows signs of age and with little attention to detail in maintenance. Pool is cleaned daily, but clearly no idea on how to test and correctly treat the water as the smell of cholorine is overpowering and water is very murky. Staff are friendly and helpful where they can be - due to lanaguge. Food was good and reasonably priced.

sehr anspruchvoll,hübsches hotel

das Zimmer war veträumt süß, mit kleinem Bootsbalkon (rauchen auf Balkon ist) die Betten waren groß und sehr bequem, das Badezimmer Top sauber, es hat nichts gefehlt. Das Zimmer roch sehr angenehm (Duftlämpchen) Geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der Pool war groß,sauber und die Liegen alle heil :-) Das Frühstück war ausreichend und mehr als OK!, Das Personal war Aufmerksam. sehr gut gefallen hat der Ausblick beim Frühstück: sicht auf See mit viel Natur :-) wir würdern jederzeit gern wieder dort einchecken

A friendly paradise

This is a perfect place to stay and just relax. It is close to the National park but birdlife is more evident here. The food and drinks are available all day from morning until about 8.00pm and are very good. The pool is large and clean. Friendly people very quiet during the week but busier at the weekends. You choose.

It's an interesting place, for sure. It definitely had some quirky character. The resort can arrange some tours of the park area, and we found that helpful.

Ein Ort für Naturliebhaber und Geniesser.

Die ersten zwei Tage und Nächte waren sehr ruhig und schön, bis eine sechzig köpfige Reisegruppe aus Indien das ganze Resort in Beschlag nahm. Das Personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit, ihre Englisch Kenntnisse allerdings dürftig.

A Peaceful Retreat

The location was perfect with birdlife abundant around the lake adjacent to the hotel. The room and setting were both great and the staff very very friendly. The food was good and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. A beautiful pool too.
