Cockroaches greeted on the first day in kitchen area but seemed to disappear afterwards. Refrigerator needed defrosting. Crack between sink and fridge needed cleaning. Bathroom tiles have some mildew. Leaking sink. Issues reported and were addressed. Also, don’t recommend rooms directly under the reception area. Woken up early every morning to footsteps of staff and people seeking...

"I would highly suggest an ARBnB for the extra fees we were charged we could’ve easily had a bigger place with a lot more amenities. The parking, as high of a price you pay daily it’s hard to secure a spot. Also save yourself some money and just get breakfast at Zippy’s the free breakfast (paid) made the room a little more expensive and for an upgraded menu it’s another $25. Not worth it."

"Restaurant and café were also very good and a voucher towards the purchase was generous. The only thing was that the room was set to 65-68f and not changeable (thermostat control does not work). Even when I turned off the fan, I could feel cold air coming in. So it's perfect for people who like the room to be cool. But for me, it was VERY cold."

"This resort is our favorite place to stay in Waikiki! We always stay in the Rainbow tower with an ocean front view. You have direct access to the beach and the private cove. There are multiple pools for all ages and the lagoon is perfect. The resort is always well maintained and the staff is always helpful and courteous. They have lots of free activities for all ages.
