"The staff was extremely professional and courteous family friendly atmosphere. The room we received was not an upgrade room but we choose to keep it because of the extra twin bed which was much needed being that it was 5 of us. The beds were a little uncomfortable but comfortable enough to sleep after a busy day."

"Place was rundown and outdated. Pool was down due to maintenance, shower had slow drain, bed sheets had hair on it and found roaches in my room. Key badge to get into would randomly stop working so I had to go to the front desk twice to reset them. I was told since the pool was down due to maintenance, I would be comp one night free but was later charged for that night. The next morning I found a homeless using the sprinklers near my car to bath. Please avoid this place at all cost."

"Absolutely charming. Gracious owners with little lovable pups. Gorgeous shared spaces and calming private rooms that feel like being nestled in a tropical treehouse. We loved it!"
