"Our stay was absolutely terrible. The room was in very poor condition, with many things broken. The wooden deck around the swimming pool was full of splinters, and some of the deck boards were sticking up, making it extremely dangerous, especially for children.

"Took far too long to check in. They disabled our keys before checkout time and we had to go down to checkin desk to get keys rekeyed. Of the 5 rooms in our party this happened to all. Some of them resorted to going to cleaning staff to open rooms to get luggage out for Transport to airport. Good news is the breakfast buffet was fantastic. Service speed at front desk is a major concern and elevators are slow as well. Unfortunate."
