"STAY AWAY! We were given a room with used and dirty bed sheets. There was a bunch of hair on the bedsheets and it looked like they didn’t bother changing them from the previous person who stayed there. They refused to provide a clean comforter. The chair was also stained and the phone didn’t work. The manager was extremely rude and said I was disturbing his sleep, when I asked for new comforter that night. "The staff were very kind. However, I can’t believe that this is actually up to California health and safety standards. I had reserved two nights but couldn’t manage to stay the second night because of how bad things were. I walked in and the front of the hotel looked very broken down and not up to standard. "Very hospitable and friendly staff. We got a unit with a broken LCD screen. It was only noticeable once you turn the tv on. We informed the front desk about it and they immediately checked and replaced it. Kudos to their prompt response and great service!"
