"クーラーが効かない。家の中にいるのにみんな汗をかいていました。フィルターを見ると全室のクーラーに埃が大量に溜まっていた。お金を払って泊まりに来ているのにフィルターの掃除をしました。清掃が入っていると書いていたが玄関外も掃き掃除本当にしたの？と疑うレベルでした。清潔感が全くなく、カーテンや窓際には近づきたくないし床にも座りたくなかったです。エアコンのフィルターをみて不信感しかなくベットに入るのも嫌で数名は車中泊をしました。サイトでは厳しくルールが書かれていたのできっちりされている方なのかなと思っていましたが、ぜひ改め直していただきたいです。少しでも潔癖かも？と思う方は再検討をお勧めします。 "

The concierge helped us make reservations at restaurants and local attractions. The onsen was an excellent amenity and very well maintained as well.
